Terrell with New Orleans Flooring in Praireville is the best. Their flooring is the best quality with better pricing than competitors. Terrell is always professional and very responsive to inquiries. I highly recommend Terrell and New Orleans Flooring.

When we hired New Orleans Flooring, we didn’t know them, but they had good reviews, and the positive reviews were borne out by my own experience. John & Beverly were responsive and accommodating. I paid half down to get my kitchen floors replaced, and they were able to schedule the work quickly. The workers were knowledgeable and efficient. It turned out that we didn’t need a new subfloor, so we didn’t have to make the second payment because the job ended up being much cheaper than anticipated. I was extremely impressed with their honesty! They actually refunded some money that I had already paid, which I found I incredible! I will definitely contact New Orleans Flooring to replace our den floors in 2026! Highly recommend!

We visited this flooring showroom while researching options for a future remodel, and the experience was much more helpful than expected. The showroom had a huge variety of hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl flooring displayed in realistic room setups that made comparing styles much easier. Compared to browsing samples online or in crowded hardware stores, this environment felt far more informative and organized. The staff explained differences in durability, maintenance, and pricing clearly without making us feel pressured to decide immediately. We left feeling much more confident about what would work best for our home and lifestyle.

I had a wonderful experience with New Orleans Flooring. Beverly was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are lucky to have her. I highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs.

I had a great experience dealing with New Orleans Flooring. Terrell made the entire process easy and seamless - from selection of our new floors to in-home measuring, installation, and follow-up. I must also give a shout out to Eric and Bessie who worked tirelessly (and extremely efficiently) to move the furniture around and do the installation…..it’s exceptional!! I highly recommend a visit to New Orleans Flooring in Elmwood if you’re in the market for new floors!!

New Orleans Flooring staff was a pleasure to work with. Their installation crew was top notch and very detailed oriented. We believe we got great quality flooring at a reasonable price.

John and his Team were terrific with helping me achieve our project goals for our house while also staying within budget! We are very happy with our selections. Thank you, all!

New Orleans Flooring are the best the prices are great, people are very polite and helpful. Not only are the salesmen great the installers were great as well, I absolutely loved the fact a female was an installer don’t see that enough she worked just as hard as the men. They all did a great job! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Thank you New Orleans flooring for a job well done! My tile installation in my laundry room came out beautiful. The installers were a pleasure to work with and were very accommodating with my requests! I would highly recommend New Orleans Flooring for your floor purchases. Thank you Randy for all your help and support with my project!

So glad we found this place! There's a huge selection, and the prices are fantastic. This is not a big chain store; this is a personal, local shop, and they will spend time finding something that works for you. The whole process was fast and easy (John was awesome to work with and knows his stuff). My husband and I love the new floor, and the whole experience was a dream from start to finish. Will absolutely return if we do any more reno.
